Bought the Duffel Bag. Good heavy canvas. Holds a lot. Arrived quickly. Happy with it.
Good quality, delivery needs work
I ordered the Earth Backpack and was pretty impressed with the quality. The organic cotton feels really durable and the GOTS certification is a big plus for me. It's exactly what I needed for daily commuting. However, shipping took 8 days to get to my place in Seattle, which felt a bit slow, even with standard shipping. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was good. Overall, I'd shop here again, but maybe for non-urgent items.
